About
Nafiseh Moti is a Ph.D candidate at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. She is a Marie Curie Initial Training Network Fellow working in the BigStorage project working on unifying HPC and Cloud storage. She received her B.Sc. from Iran University of Science and Technology and her M.Sc. from University of Tehran in Iran. Her master thesis was "Improving the dependability of real-time systems using GPUs". She also worked as an embedded operating systems engineer at the Research Centre for Development of Advanced Technologies in Iran. Her research interests focus on file systems, fault tolerance and scheduling.
